Sales Tax

If you have a tax exempt certificate, send to TaxExempt@elenco.com. Otherwise, sales tax will be calculated and added to your order at the time of shipping. For Canadian customers: Your estimated tax will display as “0” at the time of order.
Returns & Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange unused product within 30 days of purchase from our website, by following these steps:

Only products purchased from www.elenco.com with receipt will be considered for refund or exchange. If you purchased one of our products from a retailer, please contact that retailer for assistance with your refund or exchange.
Refunds will be applied to the purchasing credit card within approximately 5 to 10 days of the date the return is received.
